Within 24 hours of your call to Allied International, your move will be assigned to an international relocation coordinator, who will work directly with the local Allied International representative you’ll be in contact with day-to-day.

Those details are confirmed by mail and sent along with a helpful information packet.

The Coordinator then calls the origin and destination agents to brief them on the move and faxes to both agents instructions outlining the services that will be required of each.

The origin agent contacts you to schedule a convenient time for conducting a survey of your possessions.

Then advises your Coordinator.

Who, in turn, shares this and any other pertinent information with the account booking agent.

The day before the survey is to be performed, your Coordinator reconfirms the appointed time with the origin agent.

Within 24 hours after the survey has been completed, the origin agent reports the results to Allied International.

With this information, your Coordinator determines the best packing and loading methods and plans the shipment routing.

Your Coordinator then faxes a "pre-advisory" message to the destination agent.

Confirms all sailing/flight arrangements with the Transferee.

And provides the survey and routing information to the account and the booking agent.

On the day prior to packing, your Coordinator reconfirms the arrangements with the origin agent.

On the day of packing and loading, your Allied International representative will call you to make sure that everything is going well and to answer any last-minute questions.

Your Coordinator communicates item count, weight, and dimensions of the shipment to the account and the booking agent

Sends shipment details, along with your travel information, to the destination agent.

The destination agent initiates the customs clearance process and contacts you to review clearance and delivery requirements.

Your Coordinator monitors the sailing/flight schedules and reports the shipment status to the account and the booking agent.

On the delivery date, your Allied International representative checks in with you to make sure that everything is progressing as planned and, once again, reports back to the account and the booking agent.

Last but not least, within two weeks after delivery, your Allied International representative follows up with you to make sure that everything has been performed to your satisfaction.
